Getting there
Neuenburg/Neuchâtel is about a 90 min. drive from Basel airport and 75 min. from Geneva airport. There is no congestion charge in either of these cities. There is also the Swiss railway system, which is rather more dependable than, say, the Northern line. If you need assistance with your travel plans and your itinerary, give us a shout.
Gifts
Dear friends, we already appreciate enormously the fact that you travel all the way to Switzerland to come and celebrate with us. Do not bother to bring any gifts, really. If you insist on getting us a little something, Kuoni Travels in Basel have opened a honeymoon account in our name. Here’s your contact:

Dress Code
Some of our guests may not be too keen to go through the trials and tribulations of a full wardrobe change. But consider that after an afternoon in the mid-August sun, you may actually welcome the interlude.
Since all of our foregin guests will be staying overnight and thus have their own rooms, getting changed in between the ceremony and the dinner shouldn’t be a problem. Please contact our CFO (Chief Fashion Officer), Claudine, with any questions re. wardrobe.
